Improved pathway integration (loading of several pathways in one step)
KGML-ED has been improved with a new feature. It is now possible to load several files or pathways in one step into a single, integrated view.
Instead of exploring several pathway step by step by double-clicking a reference map-link node, it is now possible to just select several files in the file-open dialog or to select several pathways from the “Load” side panel. References between the loaded pathways are optionally resolved, creating a unified view similar to the one created by the step-by-step exploration. See Tutorial 6 for more details.
Use the command “Layout/Apply Pathway Overview-Layout” to easily place the individual pathways at different positions.
