(1) The tree-layout commands have been removed from the layout command list, as it turned out that they do not work reliably on certain graph structures. They may be added again with future updates - as soon as they work reliably on all kinds of graphs. For tree-layouts the dot-layout package may be an alternative (most easy to use on the Linux platform). To use this, save the current graph as DOT, layout it from the command line as follows: “dot -Tdot saved.dot > layouted.dot”. Apply the layout from “layouted.dot” with the menu command “Layout/Apply DOT Layout...” to the active graph.
(2) New feature: Additionally to the “normal” reference maps, it is now possible, to load the KO-based reference maps from the “Load” side panel.
