Bug fixes and new features

(1) A bug has been identified and fixed: The Pajek file export has been modified to work correctly with the Pajek program. The file is now saved with Windows line break encoding and the indices start at 1.

(2) New feature: It is possible to load the pathway overview for several organisms for the “Load” side panel. Just select (Ctrl-click) more than one organism from the list. Also it is possible to load more than one pathway from the pathway tree. Just select the desired pathways or select a pathway-group and click onto the command button at the bottom to load these pathways in independent graph windows, or in one view. While loading the pathways in one view, they are layout on a grid, but not transformed to build a single connected pathway. You may try to the command “Condense into single entities” in the side panel “Process” under the category “Process Entities with same ID”, to merge multiple references to map nodes, or even to merge multiple occurrences of compounds or enzymes.

(3) The KGML loader has been modified to support the entry type “other”, which is used in a few organism-specific pathways.

(4) The Windows setup file and the Mac OS X disk image have been updated to reflect the previously mentioned changes (the web-start version is automatically up-to-date, without the need for reinstallation, like with the setup and disk image based versions).
