Updated database download instructions, alternative installer download versions removed
(1) The KEGG website has been modified by the KEGG developers with new links to download resources. The command Help/Database Status has been modified to reflect these changes.
(2) The Info dialog (F1) has been updated and restructured with new web links and text.
(3) The links to the alternative offline installation programs for Windows and Mac OS X have been removed. Provision of these installer files increased the amount of work, needed for updating the program, to a large extend.
