(1) The shortest paths calculation (not the weighted shortest path) did not work correctly. Sometimes not only the shortest paths between the selected nodes was calculated, but additionally a path with a length one “step” longer than the shortest path. This should now be corrected.

 

(2) The organism list annotation has been updated.

 

(3) The WebStart versions are automatically updated, the setup.exe and Mac OS installer image has been updated, too.
